Return, Cancellation, and Warranty Policy

At JustMac Garage, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return, cancellation, and warranty policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

All Sales Final: We do not offer full refunds.
14-Day Return Policy: Returns on new parts are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition.
- Original packaging must be in good condition, free of damage, shipping labels, or tape.
- Items with seals or sealed packages must remain unopened and intact.
- Electronics that are sealed by the manufacturer cannot be returned unless still sealed.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
- Items must be shipped in an additional outer box to protect the original packaging.
Exchanges: We do not process exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item (subject to the return policy) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Processing Fee: Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Special Orders: Special-order items cannot be canceled or returned.

Warranty

All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. JustMac Garage does not offer or process warranties independently.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable/Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or cancellations:

Electronics (e.g., engine management systems, sealed electronics).
Engine and transmission internals.
Turbos and turbo/supercharger kits.
Body kits.
Seibon carbon parts.
Special-order items.
Items with missing components.
Items that are opened, used, poorly packaged, or with damaged/missing seals.
Clearance, overstock, or open-box deals.

Right to Refuse Returns

JustMac Garage reserves the right to refuse any return that, in our opinion, does not meet the outlined return standards.
